Welcome to Smile International School! We are officially registered by the government, and subsidies are available for eligible students. Our doors are open to all international students from 2 years old to 6 years old (until Grade 1). We use Cambridge and Oxford English textbooks to study and learn together in English, aiming to become bilingual with a global outlook.
Our American and British teachers, along with nursery school teachers qualified as Hoikushi, will support students in English throughout the day.
We offer courses from 4 hours - 10 hours / day including After-school programs.
Government Subsidy if eligible
Our students are eligible for the Government Subsidy as a part of Free Education Policy. We meet all government standards. (※Currently Nishikasai campus only. Funabori campus is scheduled to be eligible after June 2024. Please read following conditions to see if eligible.)
⚫︎Eligible ONLY over 3years class(LKG) to 5years class(UKG) : Subsidy will be up to 37,000yen/month.
Conditions:
<Minimum age> Students must be turned at least 3 years old by the end of March to be eligible from following April.
※Each of parent need to work at least 48 hours per month to be eligible.
※Both of parents need to submit their certificate of employment and application form to the ward office directly by themselves to be eligible by the government for the need of childcare.
(※School is unable to apply instead of parents.)
